Spiritual View On Depression & Countering It!!!

This is my lifetime of experience in searching for the right answers. The true answers that seemed like total madness at first, but eventually - slowly changed my reality to a point where I'm able to help anyone who might listen.

Obviously I'm not doing this to help, since I can't help you - only YOU can do that. I can only share all my knowledge in form of this article and maybe one day, someone - somewhere, will find it helpful. If that happens, by all means I'll be happy for him!

Some people would make you pay shitload of money just to share 2% of what I'm going to share with you, I'm not that kind of guy - at least not yet!

What Is Depression? (Spiritual Context)

Long story short, depression always occurs while we are over-associated with our intellect, EGO. In that kind of reality, things will go fine while everything is going fine but the first moment when shit starts to happen, we tend to have mood swings eventually not feeling so good.

You might try all kinds of things when that happen, but none of them will usually face the root of the cause since everything is on such superficial level that you'll probably end up digging yourself even deeper. Modern psychotherapists? Should I just point your attention to: psycho-the-rapist! Think about it ;) its not really that hard to understand.

The Easy Way Out

Since depression comes from identification with the intellect, obviously, the solution is not to identify with the intellect. That is not an easy thing to do, but if committed fully is not hard at the same time. Usually the identifications comes from shitload of thoughts in your conscious & subconscious parts. The same thoughts that have been there practically since you were born, making you unable to realize how they have NOTHING TO DO with real you and in reality - are just a DISTRACTION.

The sooner you begin to identify all the things that have nothing to do with real YOU, eventually, you'll eliminate 1 illusion by 1 and eventually live a happy - fulfilled life.

Healing Our Physical Suits

Is the first & fundamental core of defeating any kind of mental disabilities. Obviously, in order for us (divine beings) to feel good - we must take proper care of our Temples (bodies). You might think that's an easy task (actually it is), but since modern reality is deeply programmed & everyone are trained not to see the real truth - it might be a bit harder at first.

First condition you want to satisfy is completely change your diet! We are part of the nature & therefore only nature can give us what we need. We live in energetic Universe, meaning, everything omits a certain frequency.

There are foods that are high in frequency (such as fruits, veggies) & there are also foods that have no frequency at all (meat, processed products, etc.)

I'm not trying to say here how: meat is bad for you and etc., that should be self explanatory!

In order to feel the best way in your physical suit, you need as much angstroms (electromagnetic energy) as you can get. The best way to achieve that is to follow mucusless diet and beforehand, detoxify your colon completely. It is really hard to transition to meal filled with raw fruits if your body was stuck on wrong nutrition for your whole life.

As well, make sure to give Dr. Sebi a check, he is a brilliant guy who knows how to avoid mucus in details and has definitely potential to empower your life!

List Of Superfoods To Implement:

  • Spirulina
  • Bio Turmeric Powder
  • Raw Cacao (great against depression)
  • Maca powder
  • Matcha
  • Lucuma
  • Chlorella
  • Mucuna
  • Mesquite
  • Shilajit
  • Camu-camu
  • Goji berries
  • Inca berries
  • Acai berries (or powder)
  • Blueberries
  • Hemp seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Flax seeds
  • Ashwagandha

Feel free to choose whichever you might feel good about. Intake them daily along with your raw diet and after 3 days (in my opinion) you shall notice significant changes in every aspect of your being!

When you satisfy this primary part, which should make your body feel alive again and give you some energy to move forward, it is time to go on the next challenges in your healing of illusions in yourself.

Other Factors To Fully Heal:

  • Practice Grounding: the technique is super easy - visualize (from right side of the brain) how you are letting roots deep in the middle of the earth from your feet - when you establish visualization, make sure to say: Come mother Earth, help me with depression - clear my head, give me peace & your SHIELD (or whatever you might feel like), say thank you, mother and continue visualizing the rooting with your eyes open. Super easy! Only conditions are: don't move and make sure your feet are connected to the ground. You can wear shoes and don't be directly on the soil, works even from upper floors! (its energetic relationship, many don't get it :P)

  • Clear your space from negative energies: Use Palo Santo tree, good ol' Sage or some organic Ayurveda sticks!

  • Use frequency music like this to clear your space:

  • Meditate (Samadhi guided Meditation is great for beginners!), preferably half an hour to hour daily. After mastering it, slowly transition to dzogchen meditation. NEVER, EVER forget to protect yourself with Grounding before meditating, as I explained above^^

  • Practice breathing exercises at least 15 minutes daily! Super easy to do - just inhale deeply, exhale deeply and visualize how all the tension, stress, worries are going out ASAP

  • 30 minutes of daily Sunlight is ESSENTIAL (Sun is the best natural antidepressant)

  • MOVE, MOVE & MOVE! Movement is crucial for your physical suit - your body wasn't designed to be static but rather to chase Sabre tooth tigers! You wanna push your physical limits at least few times weekly - make sure to sweat everything inside yourself! Throw the poisons out :)

  • Implement a water fast at least 1 day weekly, dry fast is even better but can only be done when colon detox is performed fully! otherwise, it can be damaging. While fasting for certain period of time, the body enters autophagy state (the condition where it starts to self-heal). Body has the best self healing mechanism inside of it, you just need to get the conditions right!

  • Drink AS MUCH Source water as you can get your hands ON! It is filled with Prana (life-force energy) and you are 70% water (at least). Last but not least, never forget that you can charge your water with Sun-rays and as well put it in GLASS bottles with powerful symbols engraved! That way, you'll manipulate the crystals forming in your water and get amazing water that will nourish every single one of your cells.

  • HANG OUT WITH NATURE, as much as you can! Our bodies are part of the nature, when we die - our dust slowly goes into it and recycles in the never ending cycle of life-death. Obviously, it would be great if you could spend all days in the nature, if you can't - start with few hours daily at least!

  • SUN-GAZING: extremely strong practice! 1 session of few seconds watching in the Sun will make you feel the difference. Only watch it when its rising & setting! Make sure to download a mobile app that can help you greatly with deciding when to do it. Start with few seconds and gradually increase. Make sure to educate yourself on the matter first, don't just jump into it.

  • Practice LOVE, AWARENESS, CLARITY & ALIGNMENT

  • Consume high vibration CBD oil if you might feel like it - made only from HQ organic cannabis strains!

  • SILENCE: your best friend where all the answers reside. Spends as much times as you can alone, in the darkness & silence.

  • Heal the inner wounds; any that might occur to you: Visualize it in front of yourself and say: thank YOU for the lesson but you can go now, I'm taking my power back, I'm moving FORWARD

  • Educate yourself on the Power of varying frequencies:

  • Listen to the frequencies you decide are optimal for the upgrade of your life at the moment.

  • Visit SPA as frequently as you can (doesn't matter which type). Do the sessions in a way that you spend 15 minutes in SPA & take a cold shower afterwards. Repeat the process as many times as your body allows you to! Don't push yourself through the limits in the beginning, not recommended for everyone!

  • COLD SHOWER more than warm shower: It strengthens your mind & allows you to control your breathing & thought patterns better. One of the best ways to boost auto-immune system & increase your fertility! (It helps with depression lol)

Obviously, all the things I mentioned in this text are here to help you with that. In case you still didn't realize that, you might be drunk ;)

Bonus TIP:

Pick fresh greens straight from the Source, such as Dandelions, Fennel, Nettle and make sure to put them in your blender as fast as you can. Faster you can do it, more Prana (life force energy) will you intake!

You'll spot the difference in YOURSELF the very first day. :)

Oh and by the way:

DON'T UNDERESTIMATE the POWER of RAW FOODS, they are the foods highest in angstroms and therefore have the highest potential to completely turn-around your reality.

If you can get your hands on fruits filled with Prana, by picking it direct from the tree and eating - that is the perfect set of events that could unfold for you. You are a blessed individual and need no more to make yourself HAPPY!

Conclusion

The tips I shared with you should be enough for the beginning of your healing journey. Food is extremely important in order to boost your physical conditions, but its not everything it takes to make you fulfilled! Soon as you start doing right things with the food, the time will come to focus on other things that matter.

Never underestimate the power of Meditation, Mindfulness & Grounding. Invisible comes before the visible! ;)

I totally agree, I think these days way to many people are self diagnosing themselves with mental disorders and Dr.s are more than willing to prescribe them medicine; while the reality is that there is absolutely nothing wrong with them mentally.
