I like the idea. However, can you raise the bar a little for who gets followed. A lot of the posts are auto posts or posts that clearly indicate that the person did not read your comment.
We want to encourage following people who put in the effort (more a commentary on the generic posts as opposed to the auto posts which many provide value.)
