STEEMSHUTTER SAVES YOUR MEMORY

I decided to reduce the size of the saved photos to fit for needs of blogging. Steemit is still​ the most used platform for Steem-posting, second is Busy.org. No matter what monitor are​ you looking at (if we exclude phones and tablets​), the width of a Steemit post is 800 pixels (I think that on Busy is 900). iPhone 6S and all newer iPhones by default take photos in resolution 3024x4032. Those images are usually​ 2.5-3 MB large.
For Steemit blogging,​ there is no need for such large photos, so I reduced the size of photos made with SteemShutter. When you take a photo and when you edit it, it has the ​size of 3024x4032 for portrait images and 4032x3024 for landscape images. But when you save it, the new resolution becomes 1000x1333 for portrait images and 1000x750 for landscape images. The sizes of these images are between 200 and 250 KB. So save some 90-92% of your iPhone's memory and your followers won't even notice.

NEW APP IMAGE, SOME NEW BUTTONS, AND MORE COLORS

We got some great new graphics from @svarozich, those who updated today will notice new app icon. I think this app slowly​ becomes steady and we already have all what​ we need. We also got a ​new button for Meme Mode. Remember, in Meme Mode you can create memes from all o the photos in your photo library and you can use it to sign some photos that you didn't take with SteemShutter. There were some changes in Signature Maker, I replaced some of the offered​ fonts... the reason? I found better ones. ​Added more colors now your signature can look exactly how you imagined! ;)

#TASK-GRAPHICS

One​ of the reasons for writing this post, I seek for help and contribution on this project. I need some graphics. I the Readme.md file that can be found on the Github link provided at the top of this post. Now I will explain my "needs" better.

STEEMSHUTTER COLLAGE

I wrote about my idea for Steem Collage, now it will be one of the final stages f forming this app. After that, I will devote myself to re-create​ the same app for Android with some help. So, this is what I need:

1. A frame for a single photo
2. A frame for two photos
3. A frame for three photos
4. A frame for four photos

The frames have to be inspired by the logo of Steem and the image of the ​photographic film. Like a combination of these two example images:

The format of frames has to be PNG and the width bigger than 1000 pixels. Maybe there will be some changes, but if you are interested, keep checking that readme file on my Github.

After two months learning how to make an iOS app, I presented the SteemShutter.

17 days ago: SteemShutter Update on App Store: Great improvements and fixes

After the first feedback from the users, I made the first update, completely changed the ​design and added "Tap to Focus" option, added more​ photo filters and​ placed those filters​ in the picker.

14 days ago: I added a Meme Maker to the SteemShutter

I created a simple Meme Maker. You enter the Meme Maker through the SteemShutter, but you can import any photo from your photo library and make a meme of it, then save it back to the library. Two text fields and a bunch of different fonts, all you need o make a creative meme.

11 days ago: SteemShutter: You can crop your photos now!

I added the cropping tool and beautified the signature.

4 days ago: SteemShutter v1.80: Let's play with some colors

This was the largest update, I added colors for meme text, simplified cropping tool and made possible to sign photos that were not taken with SteemShutter. I added more fonts for meme and signature text.
