"Ithaqa" Fundition Update #77 Delilah Becomes Another Favorite

Delilah is a great character who sprung into our story from the ether, had her own distinct voice immediately, and then clearly inspired Theresa into some of her best clothing/figure work in our series to date!

She's snippy and clever, gives Harvey a decent amount of shit in spite of him helping her out. She's not the kinda gal to just assume every stone-faced drifter has a heart of gold (smart!) - but she also finds him kinda cute and so we brush up against a doomed romance.

I always knew that Harvey was in love with Chuck, but I didn't know we would get a few panels in which to explore the outer orbit of Harvey's sexuality/comfort, and it was nice to have that current running beneath the scene for me as a writer. He knows that he should be attracted to her, that she's definitely flirting with him, but all that does is make him even more upset.

And, once again, Theresa's work on Delilah is phenomenal. She is a fully realized character in spite of only existing for a few pages, hopefully, this isn't the last we see of her!
