Most of us love to look younger and more beautiful forever and do certain things to make ourselves more healthier and attractive, although aging is a natural process of life.

👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age does actually start?

Well again is programmed cell death and less mitotic activities which cause the loss of regeneration in the cells passively.

This cell death occurs in the body in an interconnected way where it is controlled by a programmed series by the brain.

Hence the elasticity of the body decreased with the time frame and it started shrinking and showing aging lines and wrinkles which is an indicator of aging.

It started at the age of 30 but yeah it depends upon the healthy lifestyle and eating habits I have seen many of my cousins who are above 40 but there is no aging sign on their faces.

👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challenges of aging that are making you afraid of getting older?

If I say yes I am afraid of aging it is right but then I stopped thinking what is the use of spoiling my present for tomorrow, it's the fact I want to live young because this age has its own beauty, and aging has its own grace too.

The main factor that makes me afraid is my life would change and I have a lower level of energy than before, my brain activities would not be like these are, and my thoughts and creativity skills would be lessened.

I would not be as energetic as I am now, so these are challenges that me worry about my aging and also that I would lose my activity slowly.

👩 Write any three nutritional items that can prevent aging?

Yeah, there are certain things if we add them to our diet the aging process might be slowed down.

The use of broccoli is very healthy if we regularly use it in our diet either in raw form or salad, it's rich in vitamins A and C which reduce lines.

The second thing that we can use in our diet is green tea It is a strong antioxidant that induces body stress ultimately we feel lighter and our skin feels refreshing, so we should try to take green tea regularly.

The use of nuts or dry fruits which are rich in vitamin E and essentially needed by the body for regeneration also makes skin healthy and younger in look.

👩 Write any three exercises that can make you look young even in older age.?

Yeah, exercise should be part of life and a good d habit to keep the body fit and disease-free for a longer period.

I have seen my healthy people at late are they adopt exercise and walking habits which obviously makes us healthy.

For women, I think if we control sugar in food and do regular walking and stretching many diseases and obesity-related factors may be avoided.

Hello, it is true that this is the worry of being dependent or a burden on others as we age, we all reach that stage and we want to be happy and cope with it in the best way, so whether that is the case depends on our actions.

Aging is a natural process & many of the users age beautifully, embracing their age & trying their best to look young. You're right exercise & eating vegetables can reduce or slow the aging process. Actually your post is always very outstanding and marvelous whenever I read your post your hard work reflect from your post and you have really a very good life style as you are talking about that you have the habit of exercise I think exercise is the best therapy and you are doing great that you are managing your exercise time with your kids and second most important thing as you have mentioned green tea use yes you are absolutely right it is antioxidant and it is really good but most of the people don't know it's benefit and the don't know when to use and what to use.
