Last Week In Review - What I Write About In Steemit
This week seems to have started on a much better mood than the last one. An announcement from @busy.org drove the price of Steem higher with as much as 20% (it was at a very low level, about $0.135, so 20% means around $0.16).
But 20% is still 20% so I think investors are finally taking this thing seriously.
So do I, obviously, since I spend so much time here, not only glazing at the screen, but also trying to make a contribution. What follows is a list of what I wrote last week in Steem. I find these Mondays' reports grounding and useful for accountability. It's the perfect place to look back and see if what you did had any value at all.
Without further ado, let's go:
Productivity
- Natural Productivity, Or How To Get Things Done While Still Having A Life - a (very) short description of my own productivity framework and productivity app. It's all as simple as: assess, decide, do.
*The Productivity Map - From Followers To Producers - an article I wrote 7 years ago, but which, surprisingly still holds true.
Life and Philosophy
- When And Why Did Facebook Replaced Television? - or how zapping has been replaced with scrolling
- Cognitive Overload - What Is It, Why It Matters To You and How To Manage It - we're all experiencing it, in one form of another (the article includes a Steemit-based example).
Steemit and Crypto
Again, the most consistent part of my writing last week.
- Immediocracy - The Power Of "In The Now" - a new way of organizing people: immediocracy, or why things that happen now are way more important than everything else
- Sneak Preview: AKASHA Rolls Out 0.3.0 Alpha, Introduces Whisper Based Chat - a comprehensive review of the Ethereum-based, peer to peer social networking app AKASHA
- Steemit Search and Replace for Beginners: find "whale" / replace with "followers" - right now, the biggest rewards on Steemit are coming from whales. Why this will change and how should you prepare for that.
- Hardfork 0.17 - What Does It Means For Steemit - And My Feedback - a translation of all the proposals in the HF 0.17 proposals, along with I think of which of them. Hint: there is one game changer among them.
30 Days Writing Challenge
The challenge is half way right now and it's going well. Here the reports for the last 7 days:
- Reporting Day 14
- Reporting Day 13
- Reporting Day 12
- Reporting Day 11
- Reporting Day 10

Like these reviews - voted yesterday on the witness from already @dragosroua
Thank you, really appreciate! Both the vote and the nice words.
My pleasure Sir
Looks like you've had a productive week. I really like that productivity graphic, it speaks to me on a gut level. For prolific authors such as yourself, these weekly summaries are good because now I can go back and read a couple of your articles that I missed earlier. Thanks for posting!
Thank you!
