Definitely! By doing a bit of work when negotiating the bondyou can save yourself a great deal of money.
It is funny how people think that the most important part is negotiating a better price from the owner yet something as small as 0.5% on the interest rate will save you a lot more than pushing down the purchasing price down by 30 or 40k.
