Clean Up
Just like yesterday I start with removing the excess pla plates using file and once I get quite close to the original piston casing size I slow down a little bit.
After Sanding
Rinse and repeat using sanding sponge and file until the surface is nice and smooth.
I extended both piston casing 1 cm using 10 rings of pla plates each if these piston casings are too long I can just trim to adjust it later.
However, I will need to test fit a few times before final adjustment of the piston casing's length.

Progress Test Fit
Here is progress test fit with the new extended piston casing that later will be connected to the bottom legs.
I will adjust these piston casings when I finished making the connector between them to the bottom leg. So these are my update on Project Devil Gundam for today.
Tomorrow, I will do a couple of test fits with the bottom leg then start making a connector for the piston casing and the bottom leg. Keep on building! Keep on steeming! Have a nice day!
