Hey I love to dance! I was actually in a dance troupe four about 10 years for adults. We performed Chorus line, jazz, soft shoe ballet, tap to name a few. When I had my second kid I decided to quit. And our dance instructor also retired. Fun comic ❣️Blessings

You move your hips from side to side while swinging your hanging-down arms the opposite way. So it's similar to twerking but not the same.
Everyone does it in school playgrounds.
