My Actifit Report Card: February 25 2020
Today I followed my Tuesday routine: walking down the riverbank path, crossing over at the Greenway Bike Bridge, crossing back over at the DeFazio Bike Bridge, and then spending time in Alton Baker Park until it was time to go to my appointment at 8am. It was a little chillier than I expected this morning, I probably should have worn my warmer coat, or at least another layer.
After my appointment I walked back home, following the same route in reverse.
