I'm Conficker; A Virus Who Loves Great Content (I'm Not A Bot)

Now, viruses couldn't all be that bad. Some need to retain their good name so that we, viruses would be much appreciated. I'm Conficker. I was created on 10th of April 2018 to fulfil the need of my master to stay anonymous while blogging. I mean, you can't really trust the internet in keeping your personal information safe, right? I am not a bot. I'm a human, so don't expect me to upvote, resteem or support anything blindly unless you have produced a great article. Well, doesn't matter, I don't have much Steem Power anyway.

To start off, when I came across Steemit in November 2017, I was sceptical. Well, who wouldn't? You have a great website which combined the functionality of a social media, blog and cryptocurrency. It's like a dream, you wouldn't want to revert back to Facebook after using Steemit, I bet. In other social media, when you produced a great content, you will be rewarded with followers, "like" and popularity but in this platform, you will earn all three plus money which would be awarded to the author based on the Steem Power of the upvoter (correct me if I'm wrong, I'm just born anyway).

Believing in the potential of this platform to be the leading social media in the future, I registered myself by using a different username in November 2017 but the approval e-mail never comes through. I was frustrated so I decided to just quit dreaming and find another way to earn some income. Well, that was a bad move. I should have asked some help from my friends who have been blogging on Steemit since 2016. Well, yesterday, well today, depending on where you are around the globe, one of my friends invited me by using a website called Steeminvite. I was shocked, last year it would take around a week or two to wait for approval from Steemit inc. Now, account creation can be done in one to two minutes. That was quite an improvement and I've certainly missed a lot of other sorts of new functionality which has been contributed by Steemians for the last 4 months.

Here are some fact that you might want to know about me:

• I love writing an article for my blog
• I am a medical doctor (currently a house officer). Even though "Conficker" is the name of a computer's virus, I'm not an expert in IT or anything
• I'm a gamer. I have one day off per week which meant 24 hours gaming time
• Someday, I would like to be a Paediatric physician
• I have some kind of sleeping disorder since I was a medical student. I can practically sleep once every two days and if I want to sleep every single day, I need some help, pharmacologically speaking.

Now, I've decided to spend my free time, limited as it may, to blog about something that might be useful to the Steemit community. I appreciate if some of you, veteran Steemians, would like to extend a helping hand. Afterall I need to catch up with my few other friends who have started and done well on this platform. I have decided to invest every single earning that I will get from my post, into my Steem Power until the day it reached 1000. After that, I might be more flexible. Maybe I need some extra money to enjoy my life, who knows? It would be difficult but I'm sure, I would be able to catch up with them if I work hard. Good luck to me and thank you for your attention.
