[암호화폐 소식] 채굴기 대기업 비트메인, 미국에서 IPO 실시 준비 중
대표적인 암호화폐 채굴기 제조업체인 비트메인(Bitmain)이 미국에서 IPO(기업공개) 실시를 준비하고 있다는 소식이 전해지며 시장에 미칠 영향 등에 관심이 모아지고 있다고 21일(현지시간) 블룸버그가 보도했다.
비트메인 내부 사정에 정통한 소식통에 따르면, 홍콩에서 추진하던 IPO가 좌절됐던 비트메인이 이번에는 목표 시장으로 미국을 선택하고 주식 공개를 위한 준비를 하고 있다.
소식통은 비트메인이 2019년 하반기를 목표로 IPO를 시행할 준비를 하고 있으며, 7월에 필요한 서류를 미 증권거래위원회(SEC)에 제출할 예정이라고 밝혔다.
