My Actifit Report Card: July 2 2019
It’s rather chilly in Cape Town today the weather says it’s 13 but feels like 11 and I can believe that, we Africans ain’t used to these numbers lol! At least I got a move on here and there and managed to get my 5k! Every bit counts
I thought id warm myself with a few shots of this!

The only thing worst was When I was in Europe and I had my first white Christmas 🎄 I thought I should call home and tell my mom I might not make it back that cold is not for us, those minus numbers are some sort of punishment

LOL! I’ve asked a few people who live in cold places like Canada, they just sorta deal with it somehow! I don’t know why you would do that to yourself though!
I think if we had all their stuff like cheap reliable electricity, cheap internet and all the infrastructure then People would all be flocking to Africa so I guess it’s a good thing we don’t! Lol

😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 If you're in the liquor store again... Just look at the lively bottles of cheap sa wines.. And lovely muscadels for winter... Just because I miss them. So much.. 😂 And they're so dang expensive here. And then check if they have something called Pamplemousse... It's very similar to that bottle. We used to consume quite a fair bit in our days when we were young and fit and lived in Luderitz.. 😂

It's apparently 13° in Mauritius too... 😂 I'm. Not sure where... Cause I'm still in shorts and were contemplating a beach swim on my Actifit walk.. No cozzie though so had to bin that thought... 😂
