My Actifit Report Card: May 12 2019
Today we have spent most of the time again in the summer home of our parents. In this heat (30 degrees Celsius), when it comes suddenly after a cold spring, I absolutely do not want to sit at home in the city. We didn't do anything special there. Just doing small things and resting.
In the evening I went to the gym. And today we once again played great volleyball. Played three against three. I had to run well. But our team won and in addition to cheerfulness, we got a great mood.
I hope this will help me survive the next work week after four days of rest.
By the way, today my fitness bracelet, as usual on a workout day, shows more than 12,000 steps.
