STEEM MARKDOWN- Headings
Today, I began working in Steem Markdown. I am going to attempt to study it from beginning to end. When I joined the site, I looked over and there were 22 sections including the Introduction. My guide on this site is @sumantranate. He is available if I have any questions or concerns. The site currently offers this service for free. It also measures your progress through the online training journey.
Headings
The second lesson in Steem Markdown is headings. Headings are useful in our posts because it builds focus and communicates with the reader. There is a proper way to use headings.

How to use headings
On Steemit you can use the pound sign/numbers sign/hashtag to decide which heading you want to use. Headings are numbered one through six. One is the most important; six is of least importance. Always put a space between the hashtag and title. You can use 1-6 hashtags depending on what heading you choose.
Using headings with HTML
In HTML you would use the heading tag. (< h1 > ) through ( < h6 > ).
You have to open and close a heading tag. Open the tag: ( < h1 > ) title ( < / h1 > ) Close the tag .

On Steemit Markdown after you are taught about a tag you are sent to Steemit to utilize it. I have decided to utilize my training in my post release of each training module.
