It wasn't easy getting a portrait of myself. I had to use my friend as a place holder so that I can set up the shot, and then I had to have him take the shot for me. I work with what I have! I recently acquired a tripod, but it's partially broken, so there's no way I'm mounting my nice DSLR on it. I'll have to buy a new one. This will let me take better portraits without having to use someone!
This picture was taken a few weeks ago when I went on a snow adventure with some friends. You can find the posts about here here and here. This is where I got my "Power Up" portrait that I've started to include at the end of my posts, as shown below!
So this is my first real attempt at portrait photography. I'm a little shy to share portraits of myself, so maybe next time I'll be looking at the camera! I hope to convince people to allow me to take portraits of them in the future!
