Why Is This Illegal?
I'm sure there are tons of stupid laws around the world. I'm also sure that there are more stupid people than stupid laws.
In Georgia it is illegal to carry an ice cream cone in your back pocket on Sundays. You may be fined or even jailed if you are caught with an ice cream cone in your back pocket. This is not a joke and should be taken very seriously. There are consequences if you are caught.
Why this law was put into place, I have no idea. Maybe it was to keep women's butts warm for their husbands at home. You gotta hate cold booty. Maybe it was because farting could add a bad flavor. I have no idea.
I'm not sure why someone would want to keep an ice cream cone in their back pocket. I have never even felt the urge. It seems like it may get a little messy.
If I had sent someone to the ice cream parlor to retrieve me an ice cream cone, I would be upset if they returned with it in their back pocket. Their shirt would be hanging in it. It would be covered in debris and most of all, it would probably be smashed.
For your own safety, and freedom, it is probably a good idea to follow this law in all states. Not just to protect yourself from the police, but also from the person who you are delivering the ice cream to.
Not really sure why georgia felt the need to make it a law.

That's really curious, I can suggest, and it's only subjective, that the mayor's wife had foolish children who placed ice cream in her back pocket, and she was so bored by disasters, she decided to ask her wife to do the character of law said prohibition. In other words, the idiot sons of the mayor, imitated this behavior of other fools, hahahaha ...
That makes perfect sense. Lol
Human mind sometimes get so messed up that, such type of cragy idea comes in to being to society
