I’m a Vietnamese who joined Steemit for some time and I also joined 2 Vietnamese groups on Facebook channel and 2 others on Discords channel. So I have watched and known many good things and also some bad things happened in the Vietnamese community.

Now I have been concerned by the actions of some users who have added plagiarised posts, spread misinformation and mislead others with crypto advice. They also portray themselves as admin, moderators of some Vietnamese groups.

I decide to bring this problem up as I hope it‘s not too late to cause worse problems for Vietnamese community (or exactly big groups of Vietnamese on Steemit).
Today I have to report some people who have been bad actors on Steemit and repeated this behaviour so many times. They are @hanggggbeeee and her team @a-alice, @nguyenthanh - all admins of the Steemit Vietnam group on Facebook channel.

1. Hanggggbeeee misleading claims about her role in the Vietnamese community

@hanggggbeeee wrote on her article that she never call herself a leader of Vietnamese community but then she commented around to introduce herself many times as “manager of Vietnamese community”. She is an admin of the Steemit Vietnam group on Facebook and acts as one of many members who manage the Team Vietnam Project.

Steemit is famous for being decentralised and having no hierarchy, so when this user first started acting like the “manager” of the community, I had to investigate. I don’t remember appointing her… so who did?

Mr.QuocHuy has a clear message to say they manage the Team Vietnam discord server and this is a Vietnamese community project. Many well-known, respectful and talented Vietnameses in these groups never call themselves “manager of Vietnamese community”. As they said “Confidence is silent, insecurities are loud”.

2. Not only a liar, @hanggggbeeee is also a fraud

Although @hanggggbeeee likes to give many strict rules and campaign to against plagiarism, ask everyone to downvote others’ plagiarized photos and contents, even made a rule to downvote anyone who upvote plagiarized contents, she has done plagiarism herself.

Before making plagiarism cleaning campaign, she was already downvoted by @dsound for posting plagiarized file. But then she claimed to everyone she has never plagiarized, some people who know she lied expressed their disappointment in public conversation.

Another example is where she used bot and stole photo from Foody for her restaurant review in a Tasteem contest. Her excuse for using the bot was she wanted to be fair with others who also cheated the Tasteem‘s rule.

And for the stolen photo, when she was called out, she defied other to prove then she pretended like she wasn’t aware of the rules and made excuse “my fault in the first time”.

3. Hanggggbeeee encouraged people to invest in scam crypto project.

@hanggggbeeee compared Futurenet to Bitconnect, she thinks it’s a scam coin but she gave advice to join soon to earn benefit then run fast before it die. This advice is public on Crypto room on Team Vietnam discord channel.

As Vietnam already has bad experiences with scam crypto projects, we should work hard to remove such behaviour on Steemit as it will stop people from coming onto the platform if they associate with such get rich quick schemes. Vietnamese lost a lot of money to Bitconnect and OneCoin.

She is willing to promote projects on a whim if it can make her some money, with no regards to the people who may be harmed. We do not want this type of behaviour in our Vietnamese community

4. Hanggggbeeee is conniving with her team.

She is currently associated with a number of plagiarizers. Either she is totally incompetent or is scheming with the plagiarizers. You would expect someone who claims “I’m the manager of Vietnamese community” and “I’m now managing Vietnamese community. I know what is going on in our community” to know what is really going on in her team.

Why @hanggggbeeee did not downvote and “kick” @a-alice as her own words? Hanggggbeeee should “kick” herself first.

@hanggggbeeee joined 11 Tasteem contests and would have been aware of the rules. She was either not really managing anyone and incompetent or was complicit in helping these users circumvent the rules and undermined trust in @tasteem reviews. It makes Vietnamese community look bad.

SUMMARY

@hangggbeee and her team has set bad examples and are danger to the growth of the Steemit community in Vietnam. You can easily find some other Vietnameses plagiarizing on Steemit and Tasteem contests, but how can we stop them when admin and moderators also do the same?

I hope they have self-respect to resign admin/moderators on Steemit Vietnam group on Facebook, and Team Vietnam group on discord due to their rules and their words. Please be better Steemians.

@hanggggbeeee is not deserved to be Vietnam Ambassador for @funditian and Tasteem-vn Manager for @tasteem. She chose @nguyenthanh to be supporter for Tasteem-vn is a bad thing for Tasteem. Many other people in Vietnamese community deserve these positions.

I hope other admins, moderators of the Steemit Vietnamese community can take note of this and address the problems, so @lenancie, @nguoiviet, @quochuy, @carlpei - I have done my bit, what will you do?

I am writing this so others can be aware and speak up to change things. Steemit is growing fast and we need Vietnamese people to understand how to use the platform in the right way and keep the good image for Vietnam.
