From this week we were able to change our strategy for searching newcomers . Normally what I did was searching through the tag's but I started trying the new tool developed by @neerajkr03.
It's really easy to use and saves lot of time and will help to guide newcomers to the Newcomers community and help them to stable in steemit platform. All the newcomers are greeted and people with a satisfactory intro is getting curated from sc03 as instructed. Following are the new comers who I welcomed and guided for the newcomers community. I curated there post with steemcurator03 account.

👉 As the 2'nd CR of Sri Lanka
With @randulakoralage , who is doing a great job as the CR of Sri Lanka , I was able to curate all the post under #srilanka tag posted through last week. The number of votes basically depends on the posts they have been posted through the week .
And I created a introduction video for sri lankan's in sinhala language about the Newcomers Achievement video and posted in Steemit Sri Lanka Channel.
And I like to welcome the new members joined the gang recently ( @harsha2000 , @battlebee , @dilshan1000 , @kokiladilshan ) and they will join the achievement program soon.
I love to take advices. Please feel free to show any improvements I should achieve.

Those accounts seem spamming only. Good thing @besticofinder didn't curate them with @steemcurator03 as they have discussed and agreed that they only curate as a welcoming gift to users that have some decent introduction post.
Yes sir , I only curated one's with a satisfactory intro post. And for others , I just greeted and guided to the newcomers community.
I think the first list of 12 Newcomers @gretlusky to @seth9090 is the valid profiles curated by @besticofinder.
The other list of 22 users are mostly spam accounts, maybe only few of them are real accounts like @houdabelabd, @jolychristophe @jc042089 but they are inactive.
@besticofinder is doing a great job in validating these profiles manually as per the curation process/guidelines defined for the Greeter team and curating if a user/post looks real.
