.) Besuch der Lehrerin
Heute hatte ich meinen Praxisbesuch, es ging für mich also gegen 8 Uhr schon zur Arbeit.
Nett wie ich bin hab ich für meine Lehrerin einen heißen Tee bereit gestellt. Sie war sehr dankbar darüber, da es richtig kalt war heut.
Um 9 Uhr startete dann das Tagesgeschäft mit dem Morgenkreis. Wie immer haben wir unser Waldkindergartenlied gesungen und dann ging es los mit der Aktivität, welche ich euch am Wochenende ja schon vorgestellt habe.
Um 10 Uhr war dann alles vorbei.Mir ging es nicht so toll, ich dachte im ersten Moment das ich voll versagt habe. Nun das Angebot und meine Wirkung auf die Kinder war super und wurde von meiner Lehrerin auch so gesehen. Ich hatte das irgendwie anders gefühlt.
Meine Note die ich bekommen habe für den Tag war eine 3. Für die Aktivität und den Morgenkreis habe ich eine 1 bekommen und für die Reflexion eine 5...... Sehr ärgerlich.
Aber wenn ich eins nicht kann, direkt nach einem solchen Angebot aus dem nichts plötzlich über mein Verhalten zu reden. Vieles macht man aus der Normalität heraus. Mir würde auch nie in den Sinn kommen warum ich begründen muss, warum ich vorm Singen eines Liedes bis 3 zähle und dann die Finger dazu benutze. Klar mache ich das um den Kindern einen Startpunkt zu geben, klar zeige ich das mit den Fingern um das ganze auch zu visualisieren. Ich denk aber bei so einer Reflexion nicht daran das auch zu benennen.
@kadna wird mir jetzt bestimmt sagen, die Reflexion ist das A und O des Erziehers. Ja ist es, ich muss da wirklich noch ganz viel üben. Viel Üben um einfach meine Praktische Note nicht durch sowas zu verschlechtern. Bis zur praktischen Prüfung ist aber noch viel Zeit und ich habe ganz viel Möglichkeiten zu üben und werde dies auch nutzen.
Das war es zum Vormittag. Am Nachmittag waren wir dann in unserem Raum in der Kirche um mit dem Christbaumschmuck zu beginnen.3 Teile sind bereits heute entstanden. Natürlich nutzen wir Naturmaterialen (außer der Schneemann) dazu und ich finde das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen.
Jetzt aber bin ich sehr Müde und will nur noch in mein Bett.

.) Visit of the teacher
Today I had my practice visit, so I went to work around 8 o'clock.
Nice as I am, I prepared a hot tea for my teacher. She was very grateful because it was really cold today.
Then at 9 o'clock the daily business with the morning circle started. As always we sang our forest kindergarten song and then we started with the activity, which I already introduced to you on the weekend.
At 10 o'clock everything was over and I didn't feel so great, I thought at first that I had failed completely. Now the offer and my effect on the children was super and was seen by my teacher also in such a way. I had felt that somehow differently.
My grade that I got for the day was a 3. For the activity and the morning circle I got a 1 and for the reflection a 5...... Very annoying.
But if there is one thing I can't do, to talk suddenly about my behaviour directly after such an offer out of nowhere. Much is done out of normality. It would also never occur to me why I have to justify why I count to 3 before singing a song and then use my fingers for it. Of course I do this to give the children a starting point, of course I show it with my fingers to visualize the whole thing. But I don't think about naming it when I do such a reflection.
@kadna will tell me now, the reflection is the be-all and end-all of the educator. Yes it is, I really still have a lot to practice. A lot of practice in order not to worsen my practical note with something like that. But there is still a lot of time until the practical exam and I have a lot of possibilities to practice and will use it.
That was it for the morning. In the afternoon we were then in our room in the church to start with the Christmas tree decoration.3 Parts have already been made today. Of course we use natural materials (except the snowman) and I think the result is very impressive.
But now I am very tired and just want to go to bed.

Ich finde toll wie Du das im nachhinein reflektierst. Das kannst Du ja sehr gut. Was Du angesprochen hast ist "klar mache ich das um den Kindern einen Startpunkt zu geben, klar zeige ich das mit den Fingern um das ganze auch zu visualisieren. Ich denk aber bei so einer Reflexion nicht daran das auch zu benennen" Ok das wird für die Prüfung vorausgesetzt das Du es benennst und begründest. Aber wir können ja lesen das Du genau weisst warum Du das tust. Es ist ganz viel in Dir drin und Du machst das schon automatisch weil Du einen Draht, Gefühl für die Kinder hast! Es passiert bei Dir praktisch intuitiv. Das ist eine Gabe die Du hast. Du wirst es nur noch einmal bei der Prüfung gebrauchen, bzw. benennen müssen und dann bin ich überzeugt davon das alle Kinder auf die Du "LOSGELASSEN" wirst ein riesiges Glück haben und viel von Dir Lernen werden. Hmm, sie ist wichtig, klar. Aber ich finde es eigentlich ein schönes Zeichen, dass du Vieles richtig gut machst, ohne zu wissen warum du es so machst! Das bedeutet doch, dass du intuitiv arbeitest und authentisch bist. Mancheiner kann sich bei der Reflexion noch herausargumentieren und ist in der Praxis längst nicht so fit. Also, ich empfinde die Note als sehr hart.... !BEER auf den "Ärger" und klopfe dir selbst auf die Schulter! ;-) LG Kadna
