Homemade Crunch Wraps
I stopped eating fat food a couple years ago. The one that was hardest for me to give up was Taco Bell. Ever since thought I started making these at home. It's the same idea, but definitely way better.
I start with a package of extra grande tortilla shells and a pack of tostados. The tostados give it the nice crunch in the middle. The giant tortilla shells are to make sure you can fold it.
Add all your ingredients. I used ground sirloin, sour cream, shredded cheese and nacho cheese. Topped with a little taco sauce.
Then I throw it in the griddle to seal it and brown it up. The end result turned out delicious add usual.
Any fast food items you like to make at home?
I gave up taco bell but I cant give up gas station burritos. This looks good I might have to crisp up a tortilla and go buy tortillas next time I'm in the mood.

I've tried making nachos a few times, but with little success.
We also tried making some queso last weekend, but it didn't turn out right and noticed we have store bought queso in the refrigerator this week. LOL
I like your idea of tostados inside for the crunchy effect - I must try that.
