World Cup (soccer), two international soccer tournaments, one for men and one for women, each held every four years. Both tournaments are the pinnacle of international competition in the sport.

The men's World Cup is considered the most popular sporting event in the world and is followed with passionate interest around the globe—the final game of the 1998 tournament was played to a television audience of more than 1 billion viewers.

You can draw anything about the World Cup. Such as Football, jersey, sneakers, your favorite players, and football related Animation Character,Cheerleaders or spectators on the court and so on.

03. Evaluation Standards:

A. Every entry will be judged by its artistry, creativity, match of theme, difficulties, etc.
B. Everyone is welcomed, no matter you draw well or not! If you have children love drawing, just submit their works!
C. Only one principle! Original only! No plagiarism! Every piece of work is required to have over three pictures of process with your Steemit name! (Anyone found to post not original works will be flagged and blacklisted!)
D. Rule number 2: Have cn-drawing in tags! Pictures of process required! Or else I cannot see your work!
