Certainly. Because with all the technology, such as computers and telephones, people have become dehumanized, they live absorbed in their cyber worlds, which although surrounded by many people do not turn around or look at them. We are getting away more and more. @karlita
I see this all to often in cities and even social gatherings! People together yet their minds are disconnected. One of the reasons I love photography so much is that I must observe the world around me and act in order to capture those fleeting magical moments.
