  • Be careful while drinking water

If you want to keep a pottery in the kitchen, it can be a good idea. Drinking water should be stored in pottery because it is very beneficial in health. Apart from this, you can also buy copper glass and bottle.

  • Use cloth bags

They are environmentally friendly and can be a good alternative to plastic. We often bring grocery and vegetables home in polythene bags, which harm the environment as well as us. At the same time, the bags made of clothes should be fine so that they should be cleaned periodically. Otherwise, it can fill dirt and bacteria.

  • Avoid disposable utensils

Disposable utensils are convenient but can be harmful to our health in many ways. Instead you can use things like utensils made of dried leaves or plates that are biodegradable and do not harm your health as well as the environment.

  • Buy a mug for the office

Drinking coffee from thermocol or plastic cups can cause hormonal problems like thyroid. Hot beverages dissolve toxins such as BPA and can enter our body. So take a mug to drink tea and coffee in the office and keep it there.

  • Avoid heating food in plastic boxes

Some plastics are not microwave friendly. Always check the grade of the plastic container before placing these containers in the microwave. Use glass or things that may be microwave friendly in the oven.

Reduce food intake. Eat fresh things instead. The tin box has a plastic layer on the inside and this plastic dissolves in your food and damages it.

  • Use ceramic jar

Plastic items seem more convenient than glass or ceramic, but studies show that keeping things like oils, spices and grains in plastic PET boxes can dissolve toxins like antimony and BPA in food. That is why spend a little more money buy glass, ceramic or metal cans.
