fashion designs part 2
Yesterday I posted "fashion designs part 1' and I shared a very personal story. It was not planned, I wanted to show only some designs and somehow I found this pictures, it did not felt right to just post them without the personal background that inspired the entire collection.
I am glad I did because I will consider that post to be a starting point for the way I will post on steemit from now on.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Recently I opened another account on steemit,@ccommons.art, an ART COMMUNITY BASED account where I am focusing on creating some opportunities for artists, including myself :)
I created this account because I need an environment of friends, people with similar mindsets from various creative areas along with whom I can grow as an artist through interaction and collaboration.
I invested 57 SBDs that I have made on this account into @ccommons.art account,to sponsor THE FIRST CONTEST and to build up a bigger vote for my friends :)
From that account I do not take any rewards, I invest a part into the account’s steempower to be able to upvote the artists I am writing about and all the SBD goes to the artists; collaborators or participants to contests.
@sfeos has sponsored the account with 10 steem , and he is also sponsoring the CONCEPT ART CONTEST for SFEOS GAME with a total pull prize of 38 SBD.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Because I created this @commons.art for more interaction and collaboration, I will change the way I post on my personal account.
Here I will keep it very personal.
About all my projects and the life that comes with the work.
So now I hope to translate my blog into a series of diary pages about my artistic journey. I tried this in my “introduce yourself” post but, let’s say we did not know each other that well at the time :P
But now I know I am safe to share :)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
As I said yesterday this collection was designed when I was 19, in 2008, the pictures from the runway where taken that same year.
The photoshoot was made a year later in collaboration with a photographer that was also a student at the time. I paid 100$ for the photoshoot location, the photographers help and the model that was friends with Diana !8160_n.jpg)- the girl that took the pictures :)
So within us three girls in our early 20’s and my 100$ we managed the shoot , the location ,the model and hair and makeup :)
The pictures I posted yesterday were taken in Denmark in 2011 or 2012, I did that photoshoot in the same manner, with other students, but because I was older and hopefully smarter, we went in a park and shoot there for free :)) no 100$
After i finish posting all the pictures from this collection I will remake the technical drawings, product detailed information and patterns and post them under creative commons, so everyone that wants to produce them is welcomed and invited to :)
I will post all of this along with the life that followed the thread of my progress, so keep in touch to find out what I did at 21 :))

ENJOY :)
In 2009 when this pictures were taken, I was a student at UNA -National University of Arts in Bucharest , studding fashion design, in my first year.
I studied there for 3 years, and it was not the best experience, everything was different than I have previously envisioned.
After those 3 years I left without applying for my bachelors degree, and applied for the same specialty in Denmark at TEKO university.
Fashion Design Bachelor's Degree round 2 :))
to be continued ...

I am here again...start getting used to it. Haha. I enjoy and admire your selflessness to help other artists to showcase their talents, help them and reward them and that's commendable. You have always been talented and you have done amazing job right from a tender age. I am not surprised because with your works and designs, you make them look so effortless and i can see the fruit of your dedication even till now. Well done @alexandravart. You are way way talented.
hugs & thanks :)
Anytime. Hugs
