This is a new picture which I took yesterday as I was going to the Woodlands train station to travel home and I stopover to check out the temporary market there. It was the last day they were operating. I saw this guy slicing out the meat from the grill and it smelled so good. Yummy but I have other plan.

It is the meat used for making shawarma...This Vertical grill enables The meat to be sliced in thin waffers with the knife and that is stuffed into a soft round bread and rolled along with sauces and some veggies...Most common in the Middle East Countries, owing to its origin there. This turkish grill way is popular in the street market and some shopping centers too.

That is cool. That isn't as common here but food trucks are pretty popular here.
