Weekly Report As Steem Representative, From 09th to 15th May, 2024.
Week 05!
Greetings everyone!
This is my fifth report after being appointed as a Steem Representative. I am very grateful to the Steemit team for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to serve for the betterment of this platform and all users.
My fifth week from 09th to 15th May, 2024 in this platform all my performances are presented below in detail.
Lending a Helping Hand
I have been active in my duties this week as well. I have closely observed the activities of new users in various communities. I have provided regular online and offline guidelines to new users. I also monitored other users to see if they were working properly.
Gave guidelines to newcomer users :
Earlier this week I gave guidance to users from different countries about their problems and how to work on Steemit. There are many unscrupulous users who do AI in posting. I'm always on the lookout for dishonest people doing Steemit work.

Also this week I saw other users making the same mistake over and over again. I inform them to correct any mistakes in their posts as soon as I see them. Also request them to contact me for any requirement. Also I added more to the suggestion:
There are many new users who misspell the tags and don't know which tags to use in which posts. So I advised them to use proper tags in their posts. Also suggested to use appropriate post title and tags as per the post and asked to avoid using irrelevant tags.
I have seen many users use the #burnsteem25 tag but they make mistake of setting 25% beneficiary in null account or they don't know why to use the #burnsteem25 tag. I advised them on the rules of using the #burnsteem25 tag and why it is used.
Noticed new users don't power up every month as per the rules. As a result they are getting dropped from the club. I encourage them to power up regularly.
Informed about the need to increase the Voting CSI and use our voting power.
I also serve as a moderator for three communities. As a moderator, I monitor each user closely. I am very careful about checking every post for plagiarism, AI and repeated posts. I'm most focused on new users especially. Also eager to help and support impartially all users of the platform.
Our community is currently maintaining good activity. Our community is growing day by day.
I curate users from the official account of Steem4Professionals every day and do reviewing only once a week. New users post a lot in our community, giving them guidance and support.

I had a total of 11 posts last week. From here, I participated in 2 engagement challenges including 2 diary game, Weekly Activity Report As A Moderator, Power up post and winnner-announcement of competitions.

I have presented all my activities for the last seven days. I will keep myself more active on the platform while fulfilling all my responsibilities as a Steem Representative. I will do my best to follow the rules of this platform and am committed to help and advise all users.
