That somehow exhibits the discipline we have possessed from day one to date. We are an immaculate community.
Each day, our motto is to do something creative for this platform. Two monthly contests sponsored by the community account.
Other two contests sponsored by the founder;
That shows we are running four contests in a month. Co-Admin and senior moderator appreciate best-engaged users through weekly rewards. In our community, we all equally perform our responsibilities. Our co-admin each week submits a weekly engagement report each. Each moderator submits their weekly report. Every week, admin publishes the booming report, and as of now,
we maintain the rule set by the booming. Every week, the admin also publishes curation reports.
- Besides that, in the first week of each month, the founder shared all the assignments that we concluded in that month;

প্রথমেই অ্যাডমিন ম্যামকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ ও শুভেচ্ছা জানাই,আজ থেকে দু বছর আগে এই দিনে এমন একটি পদক্ষেপ নেওয়ার জন্য। এই দিনে আপনি সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছিলেন এই কমিউনিটি গঠন করার, বেশ কিছু মানুষকে এই কমিউনিটির ছত্র ছায়ায় আশ্রয় দেওয়ার জন্য আপনার প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করি। নতুনদের জন্য এই কমিউনিটি একটি শিক্ষা কেন্দ্র।
স্টিমিট প্লাটফর্মে কিভাবে কাজ করতে হয়? কি কি নিয়ম অনুসরণ করলে এই প্লাটফর্মে নিজের আইডিকে হাইলাইট করা যায় ও অন্যান্য অনেক বিষয় সম্পর্কে জানানোর জন্য, বা সাহায্য করার জন্য আপনার এই নিরলস প্রচেষ্টাকে সাধুবাদ জানাই।
কমিউনিটির শুরুর দিন থেকে আপনার সাথে থাকলেও, আপনার মতন এতটা পরিশ্রমী কখনোই হয়ে উঠতে পারবো না, যতটা আপনি গত দু'বছর ধরে প্রতিটি দিন করে চলেছেন। যার ফলস্বরূপ আমাদের সদস্য সংখ্যা বাড়ছে এবং সকলে মিলে আমরা একসাথে পথ চলছি।
এমন একটি শুভ দিনে আপনি আবার পরবর্তী সিজনের এনগেজমেন্ট চ্যালেঞ্জের জন্য অ্যাপ্লিকেশন দিয়েছেন,যার মধ্যে কমিউনিটির পাশাপাশি প্রত্যেক মডারেটরের সম্পূর্ণ ডিটেইলস আপনি উপস্থাপন করেছেন। তাছাড়াও আমরা কি কি নিয়ম অনুসরণ করি, সারা বছর আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে কি কি উদ্যোগ নেওয়া হয়, তার সমস্ত তথ্যই সুন্দরভাবে শেয়ার করেছেন।
যে নিয়ম অনুসরণ করে আমরা এই সিজনের এনগেজমেন্ট চ্যালেঞ্জের পঞ্চম সপ্তাহ অতিক্রান্ত করে, এখন ষষ্ঠ সপ্তাহে এসে পৌঁছেছি, আশাকরি সেটি স্টিমিট প্ল্যাটফর্ম কর্তৃপক্ষ নিশ্চয়ই দেখেছেন, এবং এইরকম ভাবে কাজ করার জন্য পরবর্তী সিজনেও আমাদের কমিউনিটিকে সুযোগ দেওয়া হবে। আমরা প্রত্যেকে সেই আশায় রইলাম।কমিউনিটির সকল সদস্যকে আমার তরফ থেকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ ও শুভেচ্ছা জানাই, এমন ভাবে কমিউনিটিতে যুক্ত থাকার জন্য। আশাকরি একই উদ্যমে আমরা আরও দীর্ঘ পথ অতিক্রম করবো। ভালো থাকবেন সকলে।

এরপরেই ম্যাম কে অনেক অনেক শুভেচ্ছা এবং অভিনন্দন। বলা যায় স্টিম প্লাটফর্মে আমার পথ চলা এই কমিউনিটির হাত ধরে। প্রথমত ইউজার এবং বর্তমান সময়ে একজন মডারেটর হিসেবে কাজ করা যাচ্ছে। ইনশাল্লাহ আগামী দিনেও এভাবেই কাজ করে যাব।
আবারো চ্যালেঞ্জের জন্য আবেদন করা হয়েছে। আমি আশা করি বর্তমান সময়ে যে চ্যালেঞ্জ আমরা অতিবাহিত করছি, তার কার্যক্রমের উপর ভিত্তি করে, আবারও স্টিম প্ল্যাটফর্মের ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তা যারা রয়েছে। তারা অবশ্যই আমাদের কমিউনিটিকে চ্যালেঞ্জের জন্য সিলেক্ট করবেন। ধন্যবাদ চমৎকারভাবে আবার অ্যাপ্লিকেশন জমা দেয়ার জন্য, ইনশাল্লাহ ভালো কিছু হবে তার অপেক্ষায় রইলাম।

এখানে অনেকেই রয়েছে যাদের বিগত ২ বছর যাবত দিক নির্দেশনা দিয়েছেন।সেই তুলনায় আপনাদের সাথে আমার পথ চলা খুব কম দিনেরই বলা চলে।তবে এ কদিনে যতবার কোনো না কোনো সমস্যায় পড়েছি বা কোনো ভুল করেছি নিঃসার্থভাবে সেই ভুল শুধরে দিয়ে সঠিক পথ দেখিয়েছেন।
এই প্লাটফর্মে আমি যখন প্রথম ছিলাম কিছুই জানতাম না। এই প্লাটফর্ম সম্পর্কে জানার এখনও অনেক বাকি আছে আমার,একথা বলতে আমার কোনো দ্বিধা নেই যে, যতটুকু জেনেছি তার ১০০ ভাগ কৃতিত্ব আপনাদের।
প্রথম প্রথম কাজ করা অবস্থায় আমি একবার ভুল পথে পা দিয়েছিলাম, কিন্তু আপনি আমাকে সেখান থেকে সঠিক পথে ফিরিয়ে এনেছিলেন এবং তারপর আমি আপনাকে Promise করেছিলাম, হয়ত আপনার মনে আছে।। তারপর আর কখনও সেপথে পা দেওয়ার দুঃসাহস দেখায় নি।
এনগেজমেন্ট চ্যালেন্জের নতুন একটা সিজনে আপনি আ্যাপ্লিকেশন করেছেন। আপনার মুখ থেকে সব সময় শুনে এসেছি, এই প্লাটফর্মে যে যত বেশি পরিশ্রম করতে পারবে সে তত উপরে উঠতে পারবে। আমার বিশ্বাস আপনারা সকলে যেভাবে অক্লান্ত পরিশ্রম করেন, অবশ্যই স্টিমিট প্লাটফর্ম কতৃপক্ষ নতুন সিজনে আমাদের সুযোগ করে দিবেন।
সব শেষে একটাই অনুরোধ করবো আপনাকে, এত দিন যেভাবে আমাদের পাশে থেকেছেন সামনের দিনগুলোতেও আমাদের দিকনির্দেশকের ভূমিকায় থাকবেন। আমরা অবশ্যই বারবার ভুল করি এবং বিশ্বাস আছে যে সামনের দিনগুলোতেও ভুল করবো তবে তাই বলে আমাদের থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেবেন না প্লিজ🙏
কিছু কিছু সৃষ্টি মানুষকে স্মরনীয় করে তুলে, আপনি ২ বছর আগে তেমন ই একটি পদক্ষেপ নিয়েছিলেন, সাহস করে গড়ে তুলেছিলেন সবার প্রিয় @Incredible India কমিউনিটি। এই কমিউনিটি অত্যন্ত সাফল্যের সাথে ২ টি বছর পার করে দিল।
গত বছর এই সময়ে আমি স্টিমিট সম্পর্কে তেমন জানতাম না। পরে যখন জানতে পারলাম এবং প্রিয় এই কমিয়নিটিতে যোগ দিলাম তার পর থেকে প্রতিনিয়ত নতুন নতুন বিষয় শিখছি।
সামনের Steemit Engagement Challenge Season-18 তে আবারো প্রিয় কমিউনিটি মনোনয়ন পাবে বলে আমার বিশ্বাস।
পরিশেষে প্রিয় কমিউনিটির জন্য জন্মদিনের শুভেচ্ছা সেই সাথে অভিনন্দন জানাই এই কমিউনিটির এডমিন থেকে শুরু করে সকল শুভাকাঙ্ক্ষীদের ।
কমিউনিটির একজন সদস্য হিসেবে এই কমিউনিটির উত্তরত্তোর সাফল্য কামনা করছি।
প্রথমেই এডমিন ম্যাম কে অনেক অনেক শুভেচ্ছা ও ধন্যবাদ জানাচ্ছি।এছাড়া মেরা ইন্ডিয়া কমিউনিটি কে জন্মদিনের
অনেক অভিনন্দন।
•প্রথমদিকে এই প্লাটফর্মে এলোমেলো ভাবে ঘুরছিলাম ও কাজ করছিলাম। সত্যিকার অর্থে তখন দিক নির্দেশনার বড়ই অভাব ছিল।সৌভাগ্যক্রমে এই কমিউনিটিতে আমার যাত্রা শুরু হয়। এরপর থেকে দিদি ও মডারেটরদের সহযোগিতায় আমি ধীরে ধীরে অনেক কিছু শিখতে পেরেছি।
•আর সবচেয়ে বড় যে জিনিসটি পেয়েছি তা হচ্ছে নিজের ভেতরের আত্মবিশ্বাস। আমি যে কিছু করতে পারবো এমন উৎসাহ সত্যিকার অর্থে এখান থেকে পাওয়া।আমি সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করেছি সততার সাথে পথ চলতে। ফলশ্রুতিতে আমি অনেক দূর এগিয়েছি ও বটে। আমার এটা একান্তই চাওয়া যে এই কমিউনিটির সাথে যাতে আমার পথচলা দীর্ঘ ও সুন্দর হয়।
•আবারো এনগেজমেন্ট চ্যালেঞ্জ এর জন্য দিদি আবেদনপত্র জমা দিয়েছেন এবং খুব সুন্দর ভাবে সমস্ত তথ্য উপস্থাপন করেছেন। আমি প্ল্যাটফর্ম কর্তৃপক্ষের দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করে বলবো অবশ্যই তারা যেন আমাদের কমিউনিটিকে সিলেক্ট করেন এবং এনগেজমেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করার সুযোগ প্রদান করেন।
•সবশেষে দিদির সুস্বাস্থ্য ও সফলতা কামনা করছি। তিনি যাতে দীর্ঘদিন বহুজনের পাথেয় হয়ে থাকেন এটাই প্রার্থনা করি।
শুরুতেই এডমিন ম্যামের প্রতি শুভেচ্ছা রইলো। সেইসাথে মেরাইন্ডিয়ার জন্মদিনের শুভেচ্ছাও রইলো।
আমার স্টিমিটে যোগ দেয়ার শুরুটা ছিলো একদমই এলোমেলো কারন ওই সময় আমার মা খুব অসুস্থ ছিলো। যার কারনে কাজও করেছি অনিয়মিতই। মা মারা যাওয়ার পর থেকেই নিয়মিত কাজ করা শুরু করি আর সেটা ইনক্রেডিবল ইন্ডিয়া কমিউনিটির মাধ্যমেই। যার কারনে স্টিমিটে ঢুকলে এটাকে আমার নিজের পরিবার বলেই মনে হয় আর এই পরিবার এর সদস্যদের নিজের পরিবার।
প্রথম যখন এই পরিবারের সাথে যুক্ত হই তখন কিছুই জানতাম না তবে এখন প্রতিনিয়তই নতুন নতুন কিছু শিখতে পারতেছি। এই কমিউনিটি আরো দূর্বার গতিতে সামনে এগিয়ে যাক এই কামনাই করি।
এনগেজমেন্ট চ্যালেন্জ ১৮ এর জন্য দিদি আবারো আবেদন করেছেন। আাশা করি এবারো আমাদেরকে কমিউনিটিকে স্টিমিট কর্তৃপক্ষ মনোনিত করবেন।
সবশেষে দিদির সুস্থতা কামনা করছি।
ম্যাম আপনি কমিউনিটির পক্ষ থেকে এনগেজমেন্ট চ্যলেঞ্জ সিজন আঠারো এর জন্য আবেদন করেছেন। এনগেজমেন্ট চ্যলেঞ্জ পাওয়া যেকোন কমিউনিটির জন্য বেশ কঠিন একটি কাজ। সিজন সতেরোতে আমরা এনগেজমেন্ট চ্যলেঞ্জ পেয়েছি। ইনশাল্লাহ্ আঠারোতেও পাবো।
কেননা আমাদের কমিউনিটি এবং আপনার সম্পর্কে কর্তৃপক্ষ ওয়াকিবহল। আপনার কাজ সম্পর্কে আমরা এবং স্টিমিট এর সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলেই কমবেশি অবগত। এছাড়াও আপনি পুরো কমিউনিটির বিষয়গুলো আপনার লিখার মাধ্যমে তুলে ধরেছেন।
