I looked at the post, as did the others who downvoted it. I and they did not see the post as being one which contributes to the success of Steem.

Voting for payouts from the shared reward pool, particularly larger payouts, is a solemn responsibility to make sure that not only are the payouts contributing to the success of Steem, but that this is transparent to other stakeholders, so we can agree on the value. If there is not enough value, or not enough transparency, then there is likely to be no agreement, and then downvotes which follow.
