My Actifit Report Card: December 20 2019

这段时间一直身体不舒服，发烧反反复复，已经连着输了4天水了，以前一个发烧感冒只用吃点药这次可好！原因还是上火老是吹空调的问题血项高，把“火”圈到体内了。生一次病可真的不好受，还是那句老话“身体是革命的本钱”！G

本月的大扫除定在了今天，人员也比较齐震哥先给大家说明本次2楼3楼处理所有房间衣柜下边卫生，这个隔期就必须清理，特别是3楼衣柜下边的卫生；5楼处理公共区域走廊的所有地脚线卫生；根据现有的人员和部门搭配分为了3个小组，工具和方法也给大家说明了，说干就干在挪衣柜前边有男孩专门小心挪开，后边有专门扫地，拖地，最后还有专门复位的，流程步骤很清晰。5楼大家氛围了几个区域工具都有一起做地脚线卫生，最后一连接正好全部处理完成。方法很重要，好的方法可以快速高效的处理完毕而且省时省力！
