동남아 여행 경험이 있으신 분들은 한번쯤은 드셔 보셨을법한 열대과일 "잭푸릇 "입니다..

겉모양은 열대과일에 황제 두리안과 비슷한데 맛과 향은 거부감이 덜한 편이라 많은 여행자들이 좋아라 하지요.

맛도 맛이지만 향과 식감이 굉장히 독특하고 좋은데 이 과일에 한가지 흠이 열량이 높아서 살이찌고 두리안처럼 몸에서 열이 난답니다.

몸에 열이 많은편인 저는 참 이과일을 좋아라 하지만 늘 열올을까 더먹고 싶어도 절제 한답니다.

아.... 더먹고 싶당..😁😄
