Looking for Additional Value of the Community

in #zzan4 years ago

Have any of you asked yourself? Why I join a community? Can we not grow without community? Is the community part of the problem or solution?

If asked the questions as above, how should we answer?

We decided to join a community, including in Steemit, for various reasons. It could be because they were invited by another friend, felt compatible with the community, or because there were similarities in hobbies, common vision and mission, or it could be because they were forced to.

Everyone has different reasons at the same time it could be the same reason. It could be that a Steemian decides to join a community for one of the reasons above, or some combination of the reasons above. What is clear, everyone has a motive.

The benefits of a community have been widely reviewed. Not only from the economic aspect, but also social and long-term growth. There are people who look for added value only from the mere economic aspect so that it ignores other aspects such as friendship, friendship, values, information, motivation, joy, principles, and various other benefits that are not material.

Unfortunately, many ignore the added value outside the material as above. In fact, idealistic motives as above are more durable than material motives without the support of stronger ties. If the idealistic values of the community have been built up, then the economic problem is over.

However, if the economic problems that lie ahead, then the idealistic values that actually become the basic foundation, will collapse. Then look for idealistic added values in a community and all materialists will follow.

The community will be tested by time, as well as the motivation of someone who joins it. Natural selection applies here. ***
