RE: Western Union to use Ripple

in #zappl7 years ago

Hi Western Union can try and even other payment companies can try ripple. But if you are planning to invest your hard earned money, think rethink. This ripple is backed by bitfinex and if you look at who is embracing ripple it will be mostly banks.

If they are pro-cryptocurrencies, they should ideally accept some other alt coins and not ripple.

P.S. - Ripple has got a good PR team, that's how they pump the price up. So avoid ripple.

Sort:

I have no opinion actually about Ripple. It's centralised and controlled like a corporate, so that's a turn-off but I really have no idea how the price action will be

You are right about the centralised concept. It's not a mining based coin, which means- that all of the ripple coins were pre mined before they were launched.

So they could inflate and deflate the price as per their whims and fancies.

yes, Ripple is a premined coin
