Btw what is the best time to bid for upvotes from Mb and Peaceandlove . I saw many people get upvote in single attempt . I heard the graph is laggy so do they get it in single attempt ?
Mostly it's just luck. MB generally votes after 57% VP. Cryptopassion used to be at 94% then it was 98% and now I don't even know anymore. Try sending when MB is above 57% VP. At least 95% of my bids get returned. But sometimes it just works with 1-2 attempts. Go to https://smartsteem.com?r=vimukthi if you want something that involve less luck.
