Food with Simplicity and Presentation part 1

As an amateur food enthusiast I make it a habit to try as many different styles of food as possible. Over the years it has given me great insight into the history and culture behind the various culinary styles. It was often a surprise when I discovered that many styles often shared origins and sometimes cooking styles would have come from an entirely different part of the world.

The world of cooking is full of such mysteries and it is only after digging a little deeper that I was able to appreciate the rich heritage of the various recipes that are even followed to this very day. Cooking in a sense is about identity for some and many will stand proud by their culinary influences as a footprint of their roots.
