RE: 1 Egg = 5 Cigarettes - True or False? / Does Animal Injustice Taste Good to You?

in #youtube7 years ago (edited)

First it was meat that was going to kill us all with a collective heart attack. Next we weren't supposed to have butter because one pat too many on those pancakes and you might as well plunge your fork into your own heart before excusing yourself from the table! So, no butter on those pancakes! After that, we turned towards margarine to quell our desire for congealed cow fat. Not so fast. Turns out, every scoop of that faux butter goodness might well be a shovel of dirt from your grave! Trans fats became the bane of civilization, and the latest "buzzword" no one had ever heard of.

None of this matters anyway since carbs soon came to the forefront as the new culinary cyanide! Okay, no carbs. But hey, now we were told truck loads of meat and fats would make us sexy! We felt vindicated when "experts" on all the talk shows assured us that there were no longer limits on how many burgers we were allowed to eat. But God help you if those meat disks come on a bun with a side of fries. Death would surely follow!

The list of deadly poisons masquerading as common fare grew over time. Chicken had hormones, fish contains mercury, and even gmo vegetables would turn our bodily temples into slowly decaying incubators for disease and misery!

The so-called health gurus didn't stop there. Just when we thought we could enjoy a meal without jotting down our last will and testament on the place mat, the shocker of shocks came to us straight from the top. Wheat.... the staple culinary foundation that has transcended geography, culture, color, or creed for the the entirety of human history would cause us all to spontaneously purge our bowels through the small of our backs if we dared to eat that raisin bran!

It was inevitable that eggs would have their day of reckoning. My question is; has anyone ever stopped to wonder why everything that used to be called nutritious is poisonous all of the sudden? Also, how is it that human life expectancy keeps on rising? I say we should all just relax and be grateful that it was once upon a time in the west, when the surest way for our food to kill us was when we didn't have any of it!

Well first of all... I stopped eating meat and I no longer get stomachaches, Tiredness, Feeling like I'm going to barf in the mornings, Lost a lot of weight, had a ton more energy than I ever had, the list goes on. I am not going to sit here and argue with you, but really everyone has their own diet... If you don't want to hear advice then don't read it...

Would you like to provide a study of human life expectancy rising and perhaps from what cause?

Whatever the cause, it's not from lack of meat.

You are 100% free to do as you wish and eat as you wish. This is only information, what you do with it is up to you. Read The China Study it will prove a lot to you. Sadly most of these grievances you have listed you most likely have only listened to the TV and heard it from a news anchor. Perhaps I'm wrong, but look where the funding of the study came from, and most likely you will see it came from either big phrama, dairy and egg board, or some form of the animal agricultural industries which have lost of money and huge pull. Do you think huge industries that have big money invested want to decrease their profit by telling the truth? I doubt it. Take some time and do some unbiased research you might realize that what you're eating IS KILLING YOU. I grew up with a dairy farm, being taught that butter, milk, and eggs were good for you, now I cannot say that I think the same way since I've been finding a lot of research out there that points towards the complete opposite. Cancer is not something that is normal until you start feeding it with bad processed things. There are some studies out there that PROVE a whole food plant-based diet can improve or totally reverse heart disease and diabetes. Those are REAL results in every day people who accrued disease because of their diet and environment. If one "diet", referring to more of a natural whole food plant-based diet can work for everyone why isn't it worth a shot? Plus it doesn't involve killing innocent animals, so I find it a win-win. I honestly just wish to inform people of what I have learned and found to work, again you are free to do what you wish with it. Peace be with you.
