🙏 Despistar cuerpo y mente a la hora de entrenar💪
Muchos siempre cuando entrenamos siempre tratamos de hacer siempre lo mismo, sin embargo debemos enseñar a nuestros cuerpos a mayores desafios.
por ejemplo podemos realizar diferentes disciplinas durante la semana haciendo cardio, otro dia barra o rutinas de planchas para ello puede hacer un horario por ejemplo un dia planchas, otro dia cardio, otro dia fuerza y otro dia yoga.
Lo ideal recomiendo siempre entrenar con tu propio cuerpo de una manera funcional.
