RE: Why Not Yoga?
Hello @mstafford :-)
Thank you for sharing!!!
First of all, it's fantastic that you are able to utilize those rare morning moments and get yourself moving. Sometimes when I don't have time for a well-rounded practice - I just do some "bad-dancing". There is a fantastic TED talk by neuroscientist Wendy Suzuki about how a simple movement boosts your mood and memory:

About those challenges - Oh, I can relate! Time shows though that this excuse will fade if you stick to practicing anyway. You just slowly stop noticing that there is a table on the way and go around it. You know what I mean?
But going to the classes is so much fun! It just creates a totally different experience. AND there is a chance you find the yoga buddies!
Enjoy!
:-)
Thanks for the TED talk link -- that was great. It really reminded me of a YouTube video I've seen which speaks to the same idea. Check it out here.
Haven't made it out to a yoga class yet -- but I'm still stretching at home. It's actually pretty nice this way -- especially when my dogs come over and do some downward dog stretching with me ;)
