In the article I show a relaxing yoga pose “half lotus” and a markdown technique called “columns”!
The column on the left is an explanation in English. The colum on the right is the explanation for the pose in German.

The Ardha Matsyendrasana, also called half lotus, is a sitting Yoga pose. She stitches the cross-legged seat, with the difference that the leg is bent rather than letting it rest. Place the hand in front of the face as shown in the picture and support it on the leg. So that you form 2 triangles. One with the arm and the other with the leg. It is a simple yoga posture. She is meant to relax. In the exercise you should focus on the breathing.<
Bei dem Ardha Matsyendrasana oder auch halber Lotus genannt handelt es sich um eine sitzende Yoga Stellung. Sie ähnelt dem Schneidersitz, mit dem Unterschied das Bein angewinkelt wird, anstatt es aufliegen zu lassen. Die Hand platziert man wie auf dem Bild zu sehen vor dem Gesicht und stützt sie auf dem Bein ab. Sodass man 2 Dreiecke Bildet. Eines mit dem Arm und das andere mit dem Bein. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine einfache Yogastellung. Sie ist dafür gedacht sich zu entspannen. Bei der Übung sollte man sich auf die Atmung Konzentrieren.
