Stress and Health

Stress may be defined as pressure. Anxiety syndrom, Strain or Tension. stress is the man created problem of higer aiming.there is so many types like mental , emotional or physical.th.jpg
Modern man leads to a mechanical life style , which future aggravates strain.there is lack of physical exercise due to confinment to one's place of work for longer period, bad posture of sitting, lack of balance dietth (1).jpg unhelathy life style, consuption of more tea , coffee and alcohol also make people prone to stress.
mainly diabities , blood pressue and mental disease is the source of stress.
stress can be minimised , if not completly eliminated. doing regular exercise,meditation ,yoga and spiritual persuit are very useful to counter stress.th (2).jpg
so change the life style, change the health , start from today.
