Competition For The Best Yoga Move ( The Prize Is 30 SBD ) - 10 Days - Day #8 - The Registration Is In Progress
Health is always a fashion. Yoga spreads a message of love and excellent health, so I chose to start this competition, that we all share the true character of Yoga together.
Unfortunately, there are many spammers, so I decided that there are no winners in last competition. From now on I am the only person to choose winners, it is your responsibility to report spam. Spammers will be punished with flag and minus. The best and the most honest needs to be rewarded.

Thanks for the great post
You are welcome
The terms 'care' and 'psyche/body' association are tossed around a great deal in the yoga world.
In any case, what do they really mean, and how would they identify with making shapes with your body?
Care or 'careful mindfulness' is concentrating on what is being experienced at this very moment, without responding to or passing judgment on it.
Yet, a large number of us do yoga on account of its physical advantages, enhanced quality and adjust, and in addition more noteworthy adaptability (which can make regular exercises less demanding on your body).
read my comment :) I think you will like!
So those who submitted entries before can still submit again?
Of course, you are welcome

Ok so I resteemed, upvoted, followed you. Here is my photo:
I would like to explain why I chose this one. I have an instagram account where I post yoga photos. I didn't post this one for a while because I was actually having a lovely stretch after a long hike and getting ready to go in to plough pose. My friend took the photo prematurely and liked it, but I was unsure about posting it for a while because it wasn't an official pose perhaps a variation of bridge!
Then I stopped right there, there is no 'perfection' in yoga. Yoga is an individual journey of one's self and everyone is on their own journey. How one body may flex in to a certain position will be different to another's.
So I enter this competition with a picture I originally wasn't happy with until I woke up to the meaning and purpose of yoga. This is why I am entering with this photo, not because its an 'advanced' 'show-off' or 'difficult' pose, but because at this particular moment in time, my body felt good, i was moving in line with what my body craved, and i was truly listening to my body.
Hello!! Congratulations for the project and thank you for valuing yoga!
Here one of my poses!
"Kitchen yoga"
