In the small chance that you have been following me at all you will know that I am living at a Yoga Eco-Village. It has been a wild experience of living in a tent for 3 months. Eating organic food that I helped grow in the the style of 'Syntropic' Gardening. Lots of yoga! Living with the Hare Krishnas (a very interesting group of people to say the least). And the best of all learning how to live in a community. The greatest gift that I have learned so far.
Today I am sharing a video I made about Yoga. As I have been delving in to my yoga practice and learning about the philosophy I decided to head out with a friend and make a little video about it.
