YOGA POSTURE #11: Eagle Pose, Garudasana

Hello everyone!
Let me introduce you today a standing pose... Eagle Pose, Garudasana.

For Eagle Pose, you need strength, flexibility, endurance, and an unwavering concentration.

Main benefits:

Strengthens and stretches the ankles and calves
Stretches the thighs, hips, shoulders, and upper back
Improves concentration
Improves sense of balance
Improves digestion

Tips!
If balance is tricky in this pose, only cross the legs once and place the foot of the lifted leg on the floor.
Remember to practice on both sides.
