Time for Yoga now
Hey guys, take a look were I am now!
Come and check my new home for the next few days or weeks!
It’s a Yoga school.
No ashram but a school owned by a lovely British yoga family.
I will stay here and doing Karma Yoga for a while!
Great isn’t it?!?
Hey Leute,
Hahahahaha!
Eine wundervolle familiäre Yoga Schule.
Hier praktiziere ich u.a Karma Yoga nun. So Agni’s rules! The fire has to burn burn burn baby!
Just some pictures at the wall
Einfach mal ein paar Wandbilder
come and see the yoga room/ kommt mit in den Yoga Raum
Traditional style as you see
Ein sehr traditioneller Stil wie man erkennt
For Hatha Yoga it’s more normal to use soft mats.
The traditional color is orange or dark yellow.
Some equipment
Sometimes people need this for a comfortable seat
Another puja
This is in my room
Yogis have everywhere picture of the teacher! To show full love and respect.
This is a Ganesha mala! My one. Hehe
lets make nada now...music baby music!
The Indian harmonium is the classic instrument to the accompaniment of chants, mantras and kirtan.
Sometimes, you can see how it works and will be played on YouTube.
When one speaks of the harmonium in the Yoga scene, you think the Indian harmonium.
It was once brought by English missionaries as a replacement organ to India that could be moved across the country for easier.
As the harmonium is easy to handle, the Indians have immediately accepted it and incorporated into their traditional music culture.
