From different walks of life, people come to the center stage and express their views, some of the views by whole or part align with other individuals and some contradict or conflict and some may be neutral. Based on the majority of the aligned voice of like-minded people, a voice becomes the voice of a group or community or maybe a region or maybe a country. But the important thing here is not about whether your voice aligns with others or not, no matter if you are the only individual whose voice or ideas are not similar to what others are having in that community. The most important thing is that you are being allowed to freely express without any fear. That is what we called freedom of expression which is the essence of democracy and decentralization.

In the present centralized system which is pre-existed for a long time, there is a delusion in every section of the society. Having common voice or ideas is a different thing, but in the name of that if a person is being oppressed in censored social media, then it is against the democracy and that is against the fundamental right of a person. That is what the reality in almost all centralized based social media. They are all censored heavily.

These social media are not just about censorship, they are also doing unethical business and making millions. Your data are being socially engineered and being sold to companies who are using the data & strategizing their products. In the digitized world, the data of a person be it social data or very personal data are all digital assets, and they have a monetary value. Social media like Facebook is selling the data unethically for making millions of dollars. The data of the user must be traded with the consent of the user.

The decentralized platforms are growing ever since the blockchain invented back in 2009, which redefined and reshaped the conduct of the principles of business. On the top of blockchain technology there is Steemit and many other dapps with Steem blockchain as its underlying infrastructure. Here every voice is valued, not just valued people from their engagement are making money and in some of the underdeveloped countries it is lifesaving. On the brighter side, it has already paid to its users to the tune of 100 millions. That’s a fact. Since 2016, Steem blockchain has paid that much and it is still on!

But why I am saying all these, what is the purpose of telling all this?

Well, I just want crypto and blockchain to go the next level. Be it a natural evolution, organic adoption or at the policy level where the elected govt of a country regulates and make legislative policy for various kind of assets.

The recognition of crypto and blockchain is very strong among people but the regulatory pressure is diminishing the market potential.

Andrew Yang is an entrepreneur and a philanthropist who is also a presidential candidate for 2020. His views and ideas are similar to the fundamentals of decentralization. He wants a better regulatory framework and better recognition for crypto assets. Crypto has been adopted by the people and no one can suppress the voice of people for a long time.

Andrew Yang calls for:-

• Better tax rule for crypto assets
• Consumer protection for crypto users.

Andrew Yang says the existing laws that are existent in different states of the United States are varying and conflicting in some cases. Therefore he calls for a unifying law in US, that will be better for both consumer as well as the regulatory bodies.

A unifying law can also be able to compete globally and things can become transparent at the global stage considering the fact the crypto assets are boarder-less. That will also enable the business-grade enterprises to flourish and that will enhance the adoption rate and the crypto market can become ubiquitous all across the world with massive turnover. That could further imply that the state can get more revenues and can also generate more employment in the region.

Andrew Yang believes in decentralization, he believes in uncensored free speech (most importantly in social media). He believes in Universal Basic Income. So he has all the attributes to lead the social space of Steem community, is not it? If he is facing heavy censorship in his presidential campaign he can push through Steem social media. I am sure he will rally here and further his voice which is pro-people.

What he has listed in his election manifesto and what he wants to implement in policy is really on common goals & values, with humanity and truly aligns with decentralization.

Andrew yang calls for Freedom Dividend and wants every American to receive 1000 USD unconditionally. So Yang is saying that this minimum basic income will enable the citizen to keep up to their cost of living. He wants 10% tax on goods and services to cover this amount.

Andrew Yang foresees the economy to grow significantly with this Freedom Dividend and it can make the human free to act independently in a decentralized way and can further his plan of life and goals without any stress or anxiety of the basic needs and become independent after a certain period of time. So not only the technological transition will be addressed but also the social disparity and the unemployment issue.

The existing state of law and the legality of marijuana in the US is quite conflicting. Some of the states allow marijuana for adult use whereas under federal law it is a controlled substance and many are in jail in marijuana-related offenses. The state of ambiguity in law has led to many minors in jail in non-violent marijuana offenses. So Andrew Yang calls for full legalization of marijuana and wants to pardon those minors who are in jail in the non-violent marijuana-based offense.

Andrew Yang is a pro-blockchain. In his campaigns, he is also accepting donations in crypto. He is also in favor of modernization in voting based on blockchain verification.

Waiting time in the polling station, possible vulnerabilities like tampering & hacking in the existing voting system is killing the democracy within. Nonetheless, the existing system can never be able to encourage the participation of voters. So the way forward is voting with smartphone verified by blockchain.

I can see that Andrew Yang has better clarity in his policy and he definitely sees the blockchain and crypto as the new wave which can take the generation and the society forward and it can free the humans from the slavery of centralized system and censored social media.

After studying about him, I have become a fan of Andrew Yang. He can use Steem blockchain anytime and I stand with Andrew Yang. I pray to almighty and the people of America to read his policy list in details and I am sure their decentralized heart and soul will say that Andrew Yang is the right candidate. He does not have the muscle power, corporate power, but he can truly represent the people if he will be elected in the 2020 presidential election.
