What's the better trade this wkd - XVG or Jacksonville Jaguars

I'll keep the introductions short and sweet. I am a sports bettor by trade, having placed my first bet nearly 10 years ago. Since then, I have made a humble living trading sports, equities, commodities, and most recently, crypto currencies.

Now, let's get to the good stuff. Am I better off buying a tranche of XVG this weekend or placing a bet on the Jaguars vs the Bills?

First, my take on XVG. I believe we are still within the triangle as shown below, and will re-visit .15 before breaking out. This is similar, but on a different time frame than what @haejin posted here: https://steemit.com/money/@haejin/verge-explosion-alert-verge-is-about-to-geyser-out-of-the-triangle.

While he has us blowing out the top of the triangle already, I still see a few more days of whipsaw before a true breakout. Personally, I have been scaling into XVG while it resides in this triangle, and believe I will have one more opportunity to buy in around .15-.16 before the ship takes off.

Now, let's get to the NFL playoffs. The matchup in question is the Jags vs the Bills. Neither team has been to the playoffs in 10 years with either quarterback so the place will be poppin. By now, we all know the Jags have the #1 overall defense in the league, led by their star studded CB duo of Jalen Ramsey and AJ Bouye. These two players alone will shut down the Bills WR corps and let their fantastic defensive line to get after Tyrod Taylor without hesitation. Having said all this, it's a forgone conclusion that the Jags would be favored, and they are a heavy favorite of 8.5 points as of the time of this posting. That's a large number to cover, considering the total for the game is only 39 points. In order for the Bills to be successful, they will need to run the ball and not turn the ball over. A hard task when you have a gimpy Lesean McCoy and a slow moving boulder as a backup in Mike Tolbert. This certainly does not bode well for the Bills and everyone knows it.

So, the question remains. Buy a tranche of XVG now, or place a bet on the Jags -8.5 to double up, THEN buy some more XVG?

I will be laying the wood with the Jags -8.5 and placing a smaller bet on the under 39. If all goes well, I'll double up my money by Sunday evning and then parley the winnings into even more XVG. This is of course a gamble knowing how fast the crypto currency market moves, but I think patience will be rewarded.
