She saw into space,
to find dying scars.
He looked up in space
to slow winking stars.
Broken debris floated
in the doomed ship.
He prepared for the
ill- fated rescue trip.
But time played a trick,
to leave behind its mark,
their worlds collided,
and swallowed in the dark ....
