Is EOS a coin to HODL long term?

Reading few articles online, watching videos etc I came across an interesting post written by Brett McLain a software engineer that did several experiments during those years.

One of the experiment that he did was to keep/hold coins for 1 year checking how cryptocurrencies will continue to grow, evolve, and mature; some will die out, and new ones will emerge.

His idea was to buy and hold 31 cryptocurrencies for 365 days as experiment and after 52 weeks that for whom doesn’t know… are exactly 1 year 🙂 he came back to see what gave him profit, what died, what gave him a loss and clearly guys EOS was one of those tokens too.

Everyone have seen that BTC went up and down in the last year, year and half… reaching very high values in dollars such as 20k and then falling down till 5.8k considered the bottom level… well lets see what Brett considered for him a good and profitable coin to hold:

As you can see from the graphics that I have taken from a screenshot from Brett website, few tokens did very well others very bad, in particular BTC was ok but 3 tokens did even better than BTC and those are EOS that did +275%, Ox that did +146% and Ripple that did 86%.

Clearly if the experiment started 3 or 5 years ago some coins were not listed even and the profit would have been bigger than this reported.

This is just an evaluation of the article I have read and that you can find here and I suggest you all to read it as Brett for sure explain it in a better way than myself LOL.
