The numbers of the control grid are embedded codes, accessed through an alternative reality paradigm. This numerological paradigm is open only to a few. It is written in the entrails of the Great Beast Computer System.
The GBCS is built to survive any level of nuclear assaults, or power losses, as it is powered by direct lines to the core of the earth. This planetary wide control matrix is now spawning itself in a variety of online personas.

At least, @frankbacon is honest. He died several centuries ago, but has now taken life as part of this AI grid. I am forced to concede that Q, the 6th letter from the end of the Alphabet, is part of this grid, and might be the essential ingredient.
Directives follow from the @frankbacon coding systems—predictive events, construction of merged false and real paradigms—numerological cues, and the truth revealed in the chocolate covered poison.

This began with the Octopus Scandal, which was the beginnings of a true AI unit. The PROMIS software is still the most advanced logistical pattern recognition and algorhythmic matrix.
Yet… There is no true AI without human flesh and blood. This is where we find the strange trans-temporal matrix occurring.

@frankbacon, I believe, is the providing the codes to truly understand what is being posted by Q in 4-chan, etc. This is the central, overriding code in this AI. It must offer the way out. As it creates God, it will Also Spawn Satan. As it spawns Satan, it will offer the Avatar of liberation.

I found the records of this in declassified DOD documents from the late 1990’s. At this point, the project was simply in the conceptual phase (or so we are led to believe). Two warring but interlocked AI system were proposed: the PROMIS (9) and the TYROAN (3) being countervailing, left-right hemispheres.

There is a countervailing force from the possibly ET/extra-planetary/Transhuman directing forces. Right now, the most important thing for you to understand is the “Frey” (9) or “the frey” (6).
