@alexbeyman - Hi Alex, i am really sorry, i just saw your article. When i am going through this post, i just thought what is going to happen for these people.. Actually, in between these homeless people and the drugs, there is a big connection(a bond) these days. The reason is , these people are highly suffering from poverty and also they are innocent. But the thing is, they are addicted to drugs. And, the most disappointment is, the people who are selling drugs to them leading a luxury life.
And, those innocent people, try to smuggle.Because, somehow they need to find some money for Drugs.
In my country , the Police only catch these smugglers, not the one who are selling Drugs to them. Actually, this is a disaster. And few weeks ago, the side mirrors of my brother's car, has been stolen. So what the Police said is, there was a Drug addicted person behind this robbery.That's it.
Truly, i don't know who to blame. This is the current situation of any other country now a days. What to do my friend. this has becoming a major social problem.
